I have used AirTek for both my home and commercial business HVAC needs. I am always impressed at how quickly they have been able to get me on their schedule. It's so nice to have such pleasant service from beginning to end. The receptionist/scheduler is delightful and their service tech, Doug, is so great. He not only is able to locate the problem quickly and fix it, but he goes above and beyond to explain what the issues are and how I can prevent future problems. He is also very honest and fair. I always feel like he should charge me more than he does... Yes, I really said that. These guys are the best!

Doug's response time to our heat loss problem was excellent. He came in, quickly diagnosed the problem then repaired our furnace. He went the extra mile and adjusted a few heat registers to redistribute the heat flow more effectively, making the house more comfortable.

Our ac went out and the technician came out the same day we called the problem in to the company. The service was great and our technican came out on a Friday night after 7pm, and got our AC working again!
